Before You Order

Measuring Guide

A few minutes with a tape measure now saves a headache on delivery day. Here's what to check.

Four things to measure

1. Doorways

Measure the width and height of every doorway along the path — starting with your front door and any interior doors between the entrance and the final room.

2. Hallways & Turns

Find the narrowest point your sofa will need to pass through, especially at corners and tight turns — width matters more than the hallway's overall length.

3. Stairwells

If delivering upstairs, measure the stairwell's width, ceiling height, and the turn radius at any landing — this is the most common tight spot.

4. Final Placement

Confirm there's enough clearance in the room itself for the sofa's footprint, plus room to maneuver it into position once inside.

Good to know: legs ship detached, so your sofa arrives narrower and easier to bring through tight spaces — our delivery team attaches them on site.
